One search released last month by the International Student Barometer (ISB) revealed that the UK is at the top of the list of countries most recommended by international students in 2017.
The survey, which interviewed more than 3 million students, compared countries such as the United States, Canada, Australia, the Netherlands and Germany in terms of English language courses offered at all levels – from undergraduates to masters, doctorates and postdocs – and in its results, revealed that British universities are the leaders in student satisfaction levels (92%).
Factors such as the reputation of institutions and the growing influence of social networks on the choice of universities by students were also addressed by the study.
